By subscribing to marketing or promotional messages, you consent to receiving up to 5 messages per month using automated technology. Messages may include offers from us and partners. You can unsubscribe at any time from all messages. Your consent to receive text messages is not required to make a purchase.

You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the wireless device you use to subscribe to the service and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges.

We will not be liable for any delays or failures in your receipt of any SMS or MMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile device. SMS and MMS message services are provided on an AS-IS basis.

The service is available only in the United States.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message content may not be available on all carriers.
